Been my local gym for almost 2 years. The staff and patrons are friendly. the owners are knowledgeable and awesome. Good equipment with a group of trainers to help you. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a more personal touch to their gym rather than the copy paste 24/7s out there. Only con i can think of is the limited opening hours in the weekends.

I went to my first High Intensity Interval Training HIIT class. You can see a video of a class in action on their Facebook page. I received a great welcome not only from the staff but from other members who were supportive and not judgmental. The instructor quietly came over and suggested some adaptions to the exercises for my fitness level which is low because I am new to getting fit as well as being overweight and middle aged. There was a wide range of fitness levels in the group as well as ages but I thought we were all catered for. I took weeks to feel brave enough to go. You don't need to do that! Perhaps practice a few squats and push-ups then go. Highly Recommended. The first class is free so you can see if the style of fitness is for you.
Great gym, great staff, great gym Owners, and a great gym community. I highly recommend this gym. Its always the people that make a place. This gym has that in spades.
