Our wines are made from fruit that have been grown on our rural property or by local growers and the water we use is sourced from an underground bore that has been tested pure. Unlike a lot of commercial wines, we do not add any preservatives. Our innovative flavours provide a taste range that is just not possible with traditional grape based wine.
