10/10! Absolutely lovely experience. I tried on 10+ dresses and the lady was amazing. She helped me choose dresses that would fit my body type. Considering I'm quite small, there were quite a few options for those of smaller sizes. Even though it was fairly busy, she took the time to help everyone and it was a very supportive environment. There is a great variety of dresses in all sizes. The lovely lady helps give suggestions for potential alterations which was very helpful. Extremely happy with my dress and I can't wait to wear it to my final school ball. If you are looking for a dress, I would definitely recommend coming here.
This ball dress store is amazing! The employees made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. I love their dresses and inclusive sizing, which is rare in other stores. It was fun and stress-free to try on several gowns in my size. The employees gave me advise without pressuring me. They went above and beyond to find my event attire. The outfits and prices were amazing. I never felt taken advantage of, and the staff was always honest about pricing and changes. I recommend this ball dress shop to anyone searching for a gorgeous dress and a great shopping experience.
If I could rate over five stars I would! Amazing customer service, staff and owner are lovely. Very patient and respectful. All preferences, likes and dislikes are taken into account when helping pick dresses. Really good size range, so many size options. Only good things to say about this store!!
Such an amazing experience shopping for a ball dress for my daughter. These lady's are so accommodating and the dresses are beautiful and in all sizes. A truly positive experience!!!!
Absolutely disgusting attitude. We drove 6.5 hours just to go to this store. Had been communicating with these people for 2 months. I had my 6month old baby. Whom 100% wouldn't have touched a thing and they turn us away at the door. The owner was stuck up. Rude and No Compromise would be made. Absolutely disguted. Don't recommend these people at all. Would definitely not support this business.
The staff were so welcoming and helped put on the dresses and find the right size so helpful bc I didn't have an idea in mind. I'd say go early in the morning as it was really busy in the afternoon it's pretty small too and gets stuffy Really helpful thank you team
I recently took my sister to this wonderful balldress shop, and we were both extremely impressed! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they really took the time to help my sister find the perfect dress. The selection of dresses was incredible, and my sister was thrilled with her final choice. If you're looking for a great balldress shop, this is definitely the place to go!

best service and nice selection of gowns. The ladies really helped us make good decisions especially when you are spending a lot of money on a dress.
Went to the shop for a quick look for a dress with my partner for a function coming up, but ended up having a ball there "pun intended". Where my partner tried on many dresses and we loved them all, she struggled to pick one dress out of the huge range that is there. The staff were very helpful and kind and made an overall awesome experience.
