Here at Draftline, we make designing your dream home or commercial property easy and an experience to remember and enjoy.

With over 35 years experience in the industry, principal Pat Coll and his creative team of designers and architectural technicians that will work with you to achieve a seamless merging of your dreams, concept and design, creating individual, unique and practical designs to meet your needs.

Draftline pride themselves in the ability to adapt to the forever changing building and construction climate and specialize in new residential & commercial projects as well as alterations and extensions.

Draftline have a strong presence in South Canterbury, but equally so in the Mackenzie area, with Pat being involved in numerous projects in Twizel & Tekapo, over the years, and even more so in recent times as these areas have taken off.

As Draftline are an independent designer, we work in with a number off builders and can assist with putting the client in touch with a builder that will best meet their needs.

Draftline are able to act as Agent acquiring Building Consent, and are used to dealing with a number of local authorities, taking the hassle out of this process for the client.

Draftline, have established relationships with consultant geo-technical engineers, surveyors, structural engineers, Fire Engineers, and planners, to help work through any technical or specialist challenges within a project.
