Made my shoes look new, great service
Thanks guys - repaired the heels on my work shoes and put a rubber sole on the shoes where the leather had faded. That cost $85. The shoes look good and they helpfully text you when shoes are ready. I also got house keys cut which took 2 minutes whilst I waited. Cost for key cut is $8 per key. I would recommend this place to others
Unsatisfactory and extremely rude services. I was just looking for a service for the heels. However, Dr Shoe recommended a more expensive service and persuaded me to re-sole the whole. He did a very bad job and scratched my Louis Vuitton shoes T-T. He denied and told me that my shoes were not new. The scratch is new!!!
Took Dr.Shoe 4pairs of my favorites. So happy I did as they managed to rescue them all & got them done in time for holidays. The guy was super friendly, & knowledgeable & even stayed open later for me to retrieve them. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
