The dentist Jose and his assistant are very friendly and professional. Happy with the treatment but receptionist Helen is always rude to me.
I would highly recommend Jose and his team, he is a fantastic dentist and excellent at his job. I needed some complicated root canal work doing and had a bad infection but he is very reassuring and skilled so I had no worries and felt completely calm the whole time. Thank you Jose, my tooth feels like new again!!
Very poor. Dentist could not remove half the tooth. Luckily the Lumino dentist in Tauranga fitted an appointment in to complete the job. Worst Of All... After giving poor feedback on Lumino upon their request, we receive a whiny phone call asking why !!!!!!

After 3 years of just being too busy for the dentist I took a leap and booked with Lumino in Te Puke. I left with a healthy smile not only because of the treatment the team are lovely but also it cost so much less than i had expected! I highly recommend!
