Excellent service, my van broke down late at night managed to push it off busy city road to council grass verge partially blocking footpath, was freaking out that my wof & reg had expired & was potentially looking at multiple fines once it was spotted, rang Downtown Towing in morning & despite the van being locked & them not having the keys they quickly removed the van and delivered it from Tauranga city to the Mount for only $148.
