I found a water leak on welcome bay road tauranga,,I emailed my concerns to the council ,within days Downers had it repaired,.Not one person was standing around doing nothing Well done Downers
We've had a few guys from Downers on 2 separate occasions come to fix a leak for the Tauranga Council. They were quick to arrive and found solutions. One name I remember was Garth who organized a plumber for us without any issue. He also provided some good information on what had happened. Give Garth a pat on the back.
Still waiting for a call back regarding a vehicle bring driven with Downer on it in an unsafe manner by a staff member, Rego LSY234 .nNo passing lane left so over the yellow into oncoming traffic!!!!!!.nAnother passing lane 500-700 meters away & in so much of a rush, really Downer.
Great friendly staff and service
Team working down Parton road a couple of weeks ago, especially the female traffic controller, really friendly with a wave and a smile. Keep up the good work.
