I very nervously entered their dental premises, and was greeted by a lovely receptionist. My appointment was right on time, which was impressive. Emu, the dentist, immediately made me feel right at home. I was ready for the worst, but Emu assured me that it was not a bad tooth, just cracked and needed refilling. The injections were done ever so gently, as was the refilling. Very impressive indeed, and I no longer will fear going to have my teeth seen to on a regular basis.

My 80yr old mother suffered with a wisdom tooth for a couple of months, a week ago she was diagnosed with Gallbladder Cancer and given 6mths. Determined to give my mother a quality of life I took a chance and started ringing around, since the hospital were fully bk'd. I noticed 5 star on this dentist. Looks great. Sameday cancellation we headed out from Te Hapua to Cooper's Bay. We were greeted warm heartedly by staff and Dr Eru McGregger.nThe wisdom tooth was removed and we headed on a long journey home. The next day my mother slept well, awoke with smiles and enjoyed her breakfast with no problems at all. We thank you Dr McGregger and your lovely staff. Many blessings to you all.
Had all four wisdom teeth extracted as well as four fillings done by Dr Eru and the team at Doubtless Bay Dental. I was super nervous heading into it based on friends’ experiences with their wisdom teeth, however, I felt nothing during the procedure and experienced minimal pain in the days following. I would definitely recommend this place for your dental care if you’re in the far north.
I had treatment with Dr Eru and ended up with stitches in my gums where two teeth were. Dr Eru was ever the professional and talked calmly throughout the procedure letting me know what he was doing and what I should expect.nHaving had wisdom teeth out years earlier, and ending up with a few days of pain following this, I was prepared for the pain for the next few days. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning with no pain or discomfort from the stitches so was pleasantly surprise that I needed no medication for this.nGreat work and I would highly recommend anyone to get treatment at this practise.nAll staff are friendly and welcoming which puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door.
