To-date I have already made five multi purchases from Dori. The latest was on 21 December 2022. During this period I have spoken to them on the phone, I think just once. The staff was friendly and very customer focus and ensure that the customer requirements were properly met with. Service was good and delivery was quick and prompt especially in December 2022 when Christmas was approaching. I have no hesitation in recommending Dori to all potential customers.
I've been using Dori for several months now and super impressed with the service and products. I've never had any issues with my order and they often arrive the very next day, which is awesome. Keep up the great work guys!
Recently started using Dori Apparel for T-shirts and Hi-vis jackets and have been really pleased with how user friendly the website is and with the great communication after placing an order. I have never experienced a bad transaction with Dori , and their customer support is also a huge value to the company. I have been dealing with Dori for the last 3 years since I started my printing shop. Ordering online is very easy and if the product is not available, they always come up with a good alternative. All their products are of high quality. From t-shirts, hats, hoodies, and more Delivery is fast, within 2 days. Returns are also a very smooth process. Thanks you Dori for a great service
Always what the advertise it to be and always great quality. Service fast and thorough. If you need the right garment for work or casual then I recommend giving Dori a try. You wont regret it.
I made a mistake on Size on three pairs of shorts. I’m glad I ordered the correct long pants size. Naturally, I would lose the freight charge and, of course, pay freight to return items— all manageable in the space of a fortnight from order to return— even when that’s pretty difficult as nz post are slower because of covid and I’m at a Rural location…. BUT no… there are also no exchanges or returns because the shorts are ‘clearance items’. I did miss that. I usually buy from BEGG’S in Auckland— a long-standing family store— where all responses are from members of the family. FYI: At BEGGS, big and tall in Auckland, exchanges are never a problem— they accommodate my occasional mistakes. I’m elderly. They do charge freight which is absolutely fine. And I love SMITH & CAUGHEYS, Auckland, too! No freight and goods ordered from 1st of October can returned until the end of 31/12! Wow! That’s 3 months! That makes sure the items for the person being given the item for Christmas!! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again from DORI, merely because I don’t find online ordering all that easy and might miss those important small print things. AFTER THOUGHT Went to website. It is all laid out there although took me a while to find. Just read you charge another fee on top of everything for returns; $2.50 Per item ‘restocking fee’, BUT FYI when I searched ‘return’ I got your ‘returns policy’ which does not mention this fee? Hate to leave without a positive; Your product is very well made!
