Great food and hospitality. Nice and quite place to enjoy family lunch or dinner together.
Food was absolutely divine. Dinner menu. Service was great and pretty quick for the 25+ people we had for our xmas party.
Service was fantastic, greeted us with a smile. Atmosphere was relaxed and cosy but the food was pricey though, brought Steak & Chips $29 it looked like they cut my steak in half, then half again then cooked it, half again then serve it with eggs & Chips! On a positive note, it was delicious!
Sadly just Average .... Food was *** Service was *** nice staff Had to find someone to tell them we wanted lunch. No one at entrance to meet & greet. 45 minute wait after bread we had for lunch to turn up. Would of been nice for someone to communicate that they were busy & there may be a food wait. Had to ask for water. Would think twice before going back especially when there are so many other places to go.
Always a lovely experience. Good atmosphere, excellent food and at decent prices. The Guinness pie is the absolute best one of any Irish pub I've been to. Portions are big and plenty of different beers and ciders on tap.
If there will be lower than one star rating I’ll rate this one lower than the lowest. So I’ve given this restaurant another chance today and we went there to eat at 3pm today. Surprisingly there’s not much people inside so we sat down and waited.. After 5 minutes , No one came and talk to us. No menu No staff. Couple of minutes passed still No one came so we decided to go out and look for another restaurant. What a disappointment Here’s my last review below.. continue reading.. I had lunch and dinner here for 4-5 times already. And today, surprisingly at 2pm a new lady asked for ID. I understand they have to make sure about age limits but hey how come they didn’t ask before when I brought my ID? Consistency please.
Not good value for money. I have had a better burger out a fast food establishment. When asked how the food was, I advised the fish on the burger was tiny and she replied oh and took to her heels. Not what I call good customer service. Not worthy of being called an Irish bar, as bars in Ireland wouldn't treat their customers like this.
Doolan's was really only average from day one. Went back yesterday after a couple of years hoping it had got better after teething problems. Sad to say it was worse. The pizza we shared was pathetic for the cost. Was meant to have three different meats but only had one! The staff were so unfriendly. The barman in the red Canterbury shirt didn't say one word to me while ordering drinks and then walked away to chat with the waitress before the transaction had even finished. So RUDE!!! The glasses were dirty and chipped. Other than lovely Paulette working there forever the place is a bomb. Don't bother!!!
Me and my sister came in for dinner the other night, Great customer service from most staff, If i remember one waiters name correctly, I think it was jayden, she served us, exceptional service from her, a small chat, but enough to put a good impression on herself and the restaurant. The food was amazing, I left feeling satisfied with everything I purchased and the prices are well worth it. Cheers
Great time with great friends after church on Sundays. Very accomodating for a large group with many kids. Everything was wonderful and we were well looked after. The guys especially loved the roast dinners.
