very rude person i spoke with the manager - who has no idea what is customer service - i placed the order and straightaway phoned them to remove the tomato base - the staff give him the phone to talk with me and straightaway he started raising his voice and told me that he is not able to change it. I told him to cancel the order because i am allergic to tomatoes but he refused to do that and told me that he will not do anything. He refused to give his name so i can file a complaint. very horrible, i will never every order from this branch. Hire a manager with customer service skills. Dominos provide 100% customer satisfaction - what a load of BS. Pizza going to the rubbish now
Base was raw had to put in my own oven to cook properly. Manager was not useful or sympathetic at all. Service was horrible. Also have photo of base and that it was undercooked and three people that tried it aswell. Update: have heard nothing back from the store at all.
What a dirty, filthy kitchen working area this place is Pigeons flying around INSIDE! Whoever owns this place obviously doesn't give a flying fu_k how disgusting it is inside. They should be shut down! Have some pride for God's sake Domino's and get this place cleaned up so you don't end up killing someone with food poisoning!
If you love ordering your food and then not being told when your food is ready to go, hands down this is the spot for you. Kinda looked at like they wanted me to jump in the kitchen and make my own
These guys were so good to me when I found out that I had a child with celiacs disease coming to our party last minute. I went in before opening and was able to swap parts of the order out to accomodate gluten free. Thanks so much for your help! Our delivery arrived on time at our party location, fresh and tasty!
Horrible food nobody should come here I weigh 103 kgs and 2 large pizzas are like a snack for me it should be 0 stars don't come here I don't recommend pizza hut is way better I don't know why I came hereFood: 1/5
Rude manager - he has no idea what is customer service. Dominos are advertising 100% customer satisfaction and aren't complying with it and not even provide proper customer service
The service and pizza quality is really bad the pizza is always cold and base is really firm and cheese is literally the worst
Not just got our orders incomplete but also found hair in them! first hair I thought was some fine cheese and ignored it. Until there’s a another hair came up. Super yuk! Very disappointed Dominos!
Love this dominoes, most dominoes are a hit/miss but they genuinely make all their pizzas really well in terms of taste and also how long they cook it and how they cook it. Always a hit for us! Never missed with this place, I’m usually disappointed with other dominoes but this one is hands down the best, only downside is I live two minutes away so we’re always ordering : thin crust veg trio is my go to
