Used to love the vegan options for my boyfriend, however, last time he got a vegan Godfather, there was no plant-based beef and no olives not by choice. This time, same order, there was only a sprinkling of plant-based beef and they were burnt, as well as one singular olive piece. The redeeming quality is that one of the non vegetarian/vegan pizzas was decent, the other was burnt though. Also didn't get my receipt. Didn't think to get a picture of the time there was no toppings, showing the most recent oneThey were busy and I didn't want to drive all the way back so didn't complain straight to them
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza for home delivery which arrived promptly. However I couldn't enjoy it because it was too burnt. I couldn't finish two slices as the pizza was too burnt not only was the cheese burnt but the pineapple and ham too. I made a complaint and got a new pizza as exchange which was also a bit burnt but edible. I wouldn't recommend home delivery. I think next time I would go directly to the store to pick it up.
Worst service ever. Pre-ordered for 12pm Day in advance as we were hosting 16 people and 12:30pm I drove to store and they haven't even started with the order. Received order 47min later and pizza are burnt:
Usually Dominoes is good but not great today, all pizzass were burnt with one being practically inedible. Not many ways to leave feedback or to make a complaint/to resolve the issue. Called the store and awaiting a call back from the manager - will update if this happens or doesn't happen. Still poor effort dominoes!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Our delivery person drop two packets of chicken on the ground. She was freaking out so I told her I would clean it up. Because of this, the manager is NOT refunding the food that was DROPPED ON MY DOORSTEP. The manager was also very rude and patronizing. Save your money, because you won’t get it back even if they are in the wrong
Always get order wrong, miss out things and the end presentation is trash. When trying to get ahold of them to rectify the situation their phone is either off the hook or they don't answer. I have tried other modes of communication and they don't respond. They substitute ingredients and really cheapen out on the topping. Literally highway robbery. Worst domino's in Dunedin. The photo I added was meant to be a cheesy scroll. It was literally a smooshed up ball of raw dough with a sprinkle of cheese on it.
Placed an order over the phone for a pickup . Girl was literally holding a mop bucket, put it down, didn't wash or sanitised her hands and picked up my order. Gross. Then they didn't pack my drink or sauces for the wedges. Check you orders when you pick up!
I have huge admiration for this business. We lined up for free pizza as per the publicised promotion. When we got inside the service we got was just amazing. Well done you guys. You have my full respect. Hundreds of others thank you too.
Very low quality customer service and low food quality on multiple occasions. They don't know care for their customers, they are under staffed and work slow. If I were to make a recommendation I'd say go the Anderson's bay dominoes, they are much better.
Ordered cheesy garlic pizza with peri peri sauce but got burned pizza with no peri peri sauce on it. On what planet could you pack burned pizza. I understand mistakes can happen but there is always opportunity to correct it. Disappointed with quality
