I just happen to be around and decided to grab my lunch. My order was cooked to perfection and ready on time. Staff was very friendly. I’m really impressed how they keep positive attitude while being so busy. Big and 5.
What a joke they now dont honor any codes just like motueka I'm guessing the same people owe it. Usually our pizza from there are good they used to honor most of the code . Not now . The meats on weren't much and didn't really any sauce on it. They don't take pride in there work . Staff were too busy on the phone or standing by the oven or making pizza u could there was a line of people no staff would recognize them or taking there order. It's a shame it's gone down hill . U be better to go into nelson to get pizza .
Had a whoopsie with ordering online, rang them and they happily assisted with canceling the order while I put it through again on the app, even though I imagine they had possibly started making the order. Reordered, pick up was a breeze, felt like this team genuinely cared about my small order and offered genuine customer serviceFood: 5/5
Discussing customer service will never be coming back to this place again the First Lady walked away right in front of my eyes will serving someone and said can someone els deal with it then the second lady held her finger up well sitting there doing some paper work then finally when getting my order had a massive attitude honestly disgusting behaviour from this place 0 stars edit: pizza was undercooked and also no napkin on the bottom of both choc lava cakes. Which might I add were some how burnt? Never have I seen such bad quality from any dominos restaurant in all my life seems there all in there teens who have never faced a drug test.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER ORDER FROM THE RICHMOND STORE!! Friday night ordered 3 pizzas online to delivered. Pizzas were delivered ok but the guy said we had to pay with cash, even though I selected 'pay with eftpos' when I ordered - the driver said he would come back later with the eftpos machine. Got the pizzas inside only to find 1 had been put in the box upside down and was basically in a ball in the middle of the box. No sign of a driver that night to collect payment.... until just before midnight when someone from Dominos called my mobile used to place the order and woke my partner up to discuss the payment. Needless to say, he told him not to call us at that hour again and hung up. Saturday someone from Domino's to our home, we made the payment without any argument, the guy left and we thought that was the end of it. 1 week later our flatmate just tried to order a pizza from Dominos Richmond only to be informed our address has been blacklisted!!! So we got a messed up pizza, a phone call at an unreasonable hour and happily made payment within 24hrs when the guy returned to collect it with eftpos.... and somehow they are justified in blacklisting us as though we have done something wrong When we confronted 2 managers in person in a store, they knew of the situation and the only explanation they had was that they have many other customers who don't pay!! No apology, no replacement pizza for the messed up one that was originally delivered and no offer to remove us from the blacklist. I haven't missed anything out from the story, there is no key point I've left out to make us look innocent and make them the bad guys. This is a completely accurate account of how things played out.... with the last bit being 2 very angry and frustrated customer leaving the store no better off than when they went in and no in a particularly pleasant frame of mind!! If we hadn't been blacklisted or they had taken some action ANY ACTION to right the wrongs done to us then this would have been a far more favorable review. I will forever tell everyone we know not to order from the RICHMOND store, this experience has been that bad!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service left me standing there for over 10 minutes; pizzas were undercooked and even 1 burnt i dont know how you manage to under cook one then burn the next and to top it all off the lady who got my order laughed at me and told me maybe I shouldnt buy pizzas from there. Zero stars, save your money and shop elsewhere.
One of the worst Dominos I have ever visited. We brought a Garlick prawns piza and it was horrible. No garlic, and only 4 prawns and it was like eating cardboard. I ll never visit this store again.Food: 1/5
Ordered 2 pepperoni had basically no tomato sauce on the base as well as a tiny slight mozzarella ring in the centre worst domino's pizza
Four weeks in a row they have stuffed up our orders we ordered peking duck with stuff crust it was burnt with no spring onions also order bbq lovers deep pan but didn't get it right again so over them $64 and didn't get what ordered
