Ordered vegorama with added wedges extra $2.40 and BBQ sauce on the side and got this? Missing ingredients entirely, wrong sauce and sorry, THIS is additional wedges. Ordered on Uber and was prompted to call the store for a delivery update when it was incorrectly marked as delivered - couldn’t even get a sentence out before I was cut of with “yeah it’s on the way.” Was hung up on before I even had time to say thank you. Only good part was the poor teenage delivery driver, who was clearly trying to do a good job. May as well just eat a slice of bread.
was greeted by a lovely young lady, with gorgeous braids in her hair. she was patient when i was unsure about what i wanted from their wide menu. a lovely girl and will be returning! her smile made my day and have never been more happy with the customer service at an establishment.
I think this is the only restaurant I’ve ever given a poor rating. They frequently run out of plant based meat but don’t mention it until the pizza is ready. Another time I got 2 beef and onion pizzas and realised once I got home they were both missing beef. I’ve also made the mistake of ordering pizza for friends only to discover they ran out of sides and just swapped 2 sides for a bottle of Sprite without having even called to ask.
What a joke .... horrible expirenece ordered pizza and everything was sorted sitting waiting for our x3 pizza to be delivered along with our garlic bread And the order never shows!!! Horrible service if that's the case then don't take the order, and to top that off the add on TV keeps playing which is out of ur control but if u had been decent enough to order the order u took and deleiver the pizza it wouldn't of been a problem in the first place .... pizza hutt it is. Dominoes u stink!!!
I don't expect much from Dominos. I do however expect my pizza to arrive with a base sauce and cheese... How do you even manage to forget the cheese?? I just got a cracker with vege and chicken on it +Pizza was cold, had no cheese, peri peri sauce or creme freche as ordered and was a bit overcooked. Ordered 2 custard puffs but got 2 more peperoni instead.
I ordered 2 veges pizzas today Thursday 11 November 9:10pm before that I tried to call them 10 times the disconnect the phone that was so frustrating at the end I ordered it online, and when I ask at the counter for some chilli flakes he seems weird to give me one and told me to mention this thing earlier in the order, any how I came home and what I see is nothing on the pizza no toppings such expect from tommato and cheese I didn’t got any mushrooms or anything , I didn’t wanted to eat a pizza bread only with cheese and tomato seriously ruined my dinner. Very disappointed
I've been trying to Complain about this slack service pizza store and it's Lacking of actually toppings as you can see it's mainly just Cheese hardly any Chicken & Bacon! to Head office and I even Toll called the Australian Head office over in Brisbane but still I never got my $20 back, very bad and because of that they haven't had Any of My hard earned Money for 9 months !! get the Dim witted Head office to sort this Complaint out Please !
Ordered Choco Lava Cake and it was burned from the base as they didn’t put the baking paper and on telling the staff,The Manager comes and said that you have to told this earlier and I told him that you should know how to make Choco lava cake and I am not having this first time.The manager was rude and his way was not right and I felt bad as a customer. Will not visit that store again who doesn’t listen to customer and don’t have a good attitude towards customer. The worst customer service experience I ever had. Will rate 1/10
I dont normally post like this but i was not empressed. The place is very dirty, where they keep the toppings for the pizza's. Bits hunging over the sides, different bits mixed in the different trays and a fly hanging around the toppings. The floor could do with a good scrubbing as well. The chicken wings where horrible. The male staff look like they don't groom or shower, one inparticular looked hungover. Very unprofessional. Won't be visiting this dominos in the future Parking: No parking on street.
Wow, $30 to deliver 5 pizzas! If you order for delivery the price of $10 gets added to the first pizza, and all other pizzas have $5 added on to them. Nice pizza but feeling a bit ripped off with the delivery fees - why aren't they mentioned on the website? It would have cost $2-3 petrol to pick up.
