Mate! Chips arrived uncooked just like the garlic bread it’s cold and still frozen in the middle, I rang the store they told me to put it in the microwave. I won’t record my response here…. I asked to speak to the owner and they said they’ll send more so I’ll see if they do. Second lot arrived and we were shocked at the lack of care!!! as again same thing cold uncooked garlic bread and chips. Shut this place down or get a new manager / owner this place has bad reviews starting 3 years ago!!
We ordered the meal online for a collection time at midday Saturday. When I arrived on time, I was ignored by the two staff for approximately ten minutes. In that time, I waited at the counter. When our food finally arrived, we found there was no chocolate dipping sauce on the churros. When the kids asked for sauce, they were told there wasn't any left. We were given some more churros free of charge but the kids didn't want any without the chocolate sauce. The sit down area is very small with two tiny tables. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it out was out or order which is illegal if not fixed within a reasonable period of time when you have a food establishment with a sit down area. Next time I'm passing I'll be checking for the out of order sign and phoning Tauranga City Council if it's still in place.
Worst customer service. I ordered 1.5 litre drink instead of that they giving me can and keep saying you ordered can . Even pizza was overcooked. For drink they gave me dirty cup and saying their is nothing wrong in this.
Made wrong order. Showed them picture as proff with recipt. Answer was should have get same time report. No apology. Bad customer service
I wish i could give it 0 stars I was out with my friends around the Mount Maunganui area and we decided to eat at the nearby dominos. We ordered online The wings were good but the pizza was one of the worst pizza I ever had. We went in there with the pizza to tell them that it's not cooked properly and even the capsicum and chicken isn't Cooked. He said this is it, i said what can you do they said I can remake but it'll still be the same. I said well can you give me the refund since I'm not satisfied with this pizza you can have this one and since the remake is gonna be the same I'd like my refund. But then the other staff member started getting rude. i know what a cooked pizza is. He replied rudely again and said no refund if you have issue complaint online.nThe pizza looks like but it's not cooked. The staff doesn't know how a cooked pizza looks like. They don't know how to talk to customers and have absolutely no clue of how to handle complaints
