Nice service from the people but the waiting is shocking! 3 people ordered after me and left before me! 2 of which had significantly bigger amount of pizzas to them . Wait a long time every time without failure, take care when coming around 5-7:30 as the pizzas may take 30-50 mins to be ready.
terrible service, had to wait 25mins for an order that was done online with an hour for pickup, ordered 5.30 for 6.30 pickup, order handed to us at 6.53! scrolls and garlic bread no flavour and doughy, cheesy garlic pizza- no garlic,and other pizza had minimal toppings. will not make that mistake again for fast food option

We placed an online order and was going to pay in-store using ApplePay. once we got there they said they didn’t have ApplePay/Paywave so we asked if we could place the order online and just pay through that since we didn’t bring a credit card with us and they said we can’t do that because of override and it would be an extra 45 minute wait when we order it for 7:30pm. Our pizza was already cooked so not sure what they’re doing with the food. After 5 calls they didn’t answer the phone and didn’t seem too busy in-store. disappointed because we don’t live close. Some people only use ApplePay so not happy.
Ordered online. Food was ready 2 minutes after I arrived. Young lady on the counter was very pleasant .. food was pretty goodFood: 5/5

If you order a standard pizza with no changes made, you have an increased chance of having it made correctly, though this is not guaranteed. At the end of the day, I have only had a complete, accurate order first time, two times. I have ordered here many times and most likely will continue but do be warned that consistancy and accuracy are not a high priority. Staff can also be hit or miss but as of late, I have had pretty good experiences with the staff.
Purchased over the counter and went back into the store after 20 minutes to be told by a girl behind the counter that my order was still in the oven, I waited for approx another 7 mins for the chap who took my order came back out the front and he gave me the order that had been sitting on the shelf the entire time. We would have enjoyed the Pizza more if it and the garlic bread had been hot.
Food just not to my taste but the kids absolutely love it Vegetarian options: They so have some Kid-friendliness: Tiny shop area wouldn't take Kids in especially given the busy main road right outside Parking: No dedicated parking, and is located on a very busy main road Wheelchair accessibility: Would be extremely difficult for a wheelchair bound person to be in the cramped area and feel comfortable and not feel as though they were taking up too much room especially at rush times
