I went into dominoes and was met with the poorest customer service. FOH worker had no motivation to deliver the quality standard dominoes should portray. They had the most dehumanising demeanour and tone greeting me. I understand that everyone has their bad days, however as a worker who is in this industry you are required to have at least the slightest amount of joy and excitement as it is expected as you are catering to those who are there for a service.
Ordered my food online for them to give it to someone else. Asked me to pay again when I asked.nnOnly for them to say their sorry and that was it. The manager absolutely trash tried to make me pay more than I should have. I didn't have to paid again considering it was their problem.nnShould fix customer service skills.
Straight up trash had to just say $27 bucks for this lmbo yeah first and last either the light too bright in store or y’all can’t count, wedges pizza more like a cheese pizza and classic pork belly more like cheese with bbq sauce we all struggling buttt daayyyuuummm dazz bad chur
I've ordered garlic cheese pizza from here multiple times, and not once have they got my order correct. We always end up with just a cheese pizza, the chips are also always almost burnt - so disappointing!
Took advantage of the $50 off the Gourmet range. Was nervous about receiving 3 gourmet pizzas with a light sprinkling of toppings. But the quality of the pizzas were beyond expectations. The delivery service was appreciated especially during peak traffic in Mangere. Atmosphere was in my car listening to boom sounds whilst placing the order via Dominos mobile app, not in store. It would be awesome to have 2 local Dominos dine-in restaurant Central Mangere and Mangere Bridge.
