Thank you to Shane for amazingly fast and delicious food, and some brilliant customer service and banter : first time visiting the store and it was an amazing experience, from the friendly smiles, to putting up with my annoying order. Definitely coming back :D keep doing the superb work gentlemen Plenty of car parks out front available and even some seating for while you wait. One of the best dominos I've been to and ive been all over the north and south island . Hands down amazing store.
Had the most disgusting service today 27th January at around 12.30, a very very rude and disrespectful girl, with nobody else in the shop she still stood around and did not start an order that had been made , my father in law went up to query if the order had been started, and she responded with no, he then asked If she was going to start making the pizza, and she told him to sit down and wait, and then proceeded to put the order under 'old guy' instead of his name which had been given. Absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. I hope this matter is dealt with as this is not at all how customer service should be done.
NEEDS NEW OWNERS OR TO BE SHUTDOWN! customer service extremely poor and owner/manager is a bully. I had ordered a pizza and paid online without realizing the store had a mask policy as it had not advised me when i ordered online i have then gone to pick up my order and been refused service and told to leave WITHOUT BEING OFFERED A REFUND for not wearing a mask and may i add i DID not get a chance to state or show my exemption pass as the owner/manager is extremely rude and pushy. upon my visit i had witnessed a employee walk through into the prep area talk to a fellow colleague and then proceeded out of the store without a mask meaning he was closer to the food than i will ever be without a mask making these rules of no mask no entry voided this also had in theory put more risk of covid contact to others than my entry and collection of pizza would have!
Pizza was good but staff was so rude. Please look for the better staff. Order was made around 08:45 pm today. The staff who was rude and bully was the old one from two.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The pizza was alright - not amazing, but you get what you pay for and was served on time! However the service I received left a lot to be desired. The staff member I dealt with who I believe to be the owner was rude and impatient. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, especially as we navigate Covid protective measures. In future I’ll get my pizza elsewhere.
overall ok. But the garlic roll just getting smaller and smaller. Be careful when you opening the box, it might just vanish into thin air.
