No menu signage, no real explanations on their offers. Just felt like I should have used my phone rather than the shop. Worker didn't use his mask properly. Disappointed really.
Dominos claim they brought back the Margherita Pizza by popular demand, but I got one delivered today and it had no basil pesto on it. Without basil pesto it is NOT an Margherita Pizza. Also ordered hash browns but got wedges instead. Hopeless and I won't be calling again.
My pizza arrived 30 minutes late, it was undercooked, made with barely any topping, my garlic bread was soggy and cold and I had to wait another hour to get my drink because the driver forgot it the first time. Im taking my money elsewhere, Dominoes Levin seem to always f my pizzas up and its so annoying. A joke
My rating is based on quality of pizza when picked up. We ordered an Extra Large Beef and Onion Pizza, 2x Garlic bread, 1 x 1.5 Ltr Coke. .I waited 10 minutes before going back into Dominoes to pick up our pizza. Our Pizza was very luke warm. This happens when its been sitting for a long time...However, our Garlic bread was piping hot, to the point that it was too hot to RIP apart to eat with the fingers, but that was great, we love that. We were disappointed with the pizza not being hot ready to go, like how the garlic bread was hence my rating. Don't get me wrong, the man who served me was great...Very helpful and polite. It was the Food, pizza I should say was disgusting and yucky to be honest. Some people may like very Luke warm to cold pizza, but we're not one of them. We prefer pizza hot, to me it tastes 100% better hot and a hell of a lot easier to eat too. So Folks I would check any pizzas you get from Dominoes here on out...You might get some one elses pizza cause they changed there minds or didn't pick there pizza up. In doing this the Supervisor has given authority to sell it to another customer. End result being a very luke warm pizza or a cold pizza. Sorry...We all pay for a service...I expect a Hot pizza, especially when I'm out side parked on the road waiting 10 mins before going back into Dominoes to pick up our order. By the way this happened tonight after 8pm on Sat 20th Nov 2021.
Like any other Dominoes, though during the last lockdown there was an option on the website for "in car delivery", i.e. you park outside the store and the staff would bring your order. This option was selectable and a sensible thing given the need to reduce numbers inside the shop during a pandemic. Unfortunately, after 30 mins past the "order ready" stage you can track progress on the app, I gave in and went inside to find that the in-car option wasn't available there. It might sound like I'm being a nit-picking jerk, and perhaps I am. But given the whole purpose behind the idea, you can see the reason for waiting so long before going into the store. Perhaps a misguided trust and faith in what the website was saying. My naïve optimism lost the battle that day.
Worst service, burnt pizza. The Indian on the phone was as arrogant as could be, don’t waste ur time or money going there. If only u could give a negative rating.
WARNING!! Passed through Levin for some Kai and paid up over payWave without looking at eftpos receipt. They overcharged me and secretly printed out a different receipt to be correct to the order but the total did not match what they charged me! Super sketchy. Good to pay attention to what their doing and collect both receipts to compare, terrible business practice.
Messed orders up on more than one occasion
This is the worse food ever, the second time you have given me burnt food and pizza that looks slapped together and lacking ingredients. I live 25mins away and was not going to bring back and waste petrol when I had already wasted my money! Come on levin Domino's this is really poor! At least other stores in the region provide beautiful looking and tasty pizza regardless if its the 5 dollar range. You guys need to pick your game up very poor.
