Bought pizza for dinner and was very dissatisfied with the quality. The pizza looked overcooked. And we had to pick off the capsicum and olives before it tasted edible. We picked middle- price range pizza and it was worse that what you get from the value range at Pizza Hut. Gave them a chance and won't be doing that again.
First time ever have I had poor quality kai from Dominos Pizza Kerikeri , my order of 10 Pizza were very much wrong & some pizza slices had next to nothinq on them maybe a thick slice of onion that turns out to be half onion skin I hope the future LOCAL customers do not qet what I have received today . Come on Kerikeri put some love into your customers orders , Kia Ora !!
Not very pleasant. I have a special diet, dairy free and gluten free, it's the second time I try to have a pizza from them and when I get home it's so very disappointing, I pay a lot of extra charges for my diet and yet the pizza comes with almost no toppings even paying for more toppings. If it wasn't bad enough to live with a diet like that, not by choice, it's a condition that I have to live with. Very disappointed and upsetting.
Ordered extra pepperoni, cheese and onion on the pepperoni, paid extra and it looks and taste just like a normal pepperoni, not the extras I ordered. Disappointed as first time we tried the kerikeri Dominos we liked it
Racist woman in reception name called Jass Indian looking. I went to order a pizza. Check the menu needed bit more time to discuss with my husband. He was looking at a pizza banner In front of the store. I had their laminated menu on my hand. Suddenly lady yelled at me loudly Ponting me to take the menu back. Unprofessional and not welcoming. I ended up not order because the she didn’t let us to select from the menu. My husband told her that not to yell and we are not here to steal the menu. She called him you are rubbish. Very disappointed. Never go to dominos kerikeri.
Easily the worst dominoes I’ve bought from in NZ. Toppings thrown haphazardly on the pizza, hardly any sauce - one slice contained no sauce or toppings…. Don’t order from here
Started off as great pizza but lately the toppings have been less and less. I'm now unimpressed with their food. Also I have no idea what this great big green vegetable is on my supreme .
The service was real bad. The manager did not care when I showed him a picture of my last pizza which was burnt. The manager blamed the dough. Surely if it was a dough problem you would adjust the cooking time. Then I decided to order anyway since I was there and I had hungry kids at home. I came into the store after my 15 minutes was up and told the manager what my name was and he said my order wasn't ready so I waited another 13 minutes until the young man that originally served me found my order that had been sitting there going cold the whole time. I got home to cold pizza surprise surprise . I am absolutely disgusted with the service from the manager who obviously does not care at all. I will not go back there again
Normally I won't bother to post a review but you guys really need to up your service level. Especially person name jazz rude, don't want to listen to customer worst customer service I have had and on the top pizza was not even up to dominos standards. Receipt attached
First time dominoes purchase and it turned out the Worst pizza’s we’ve ever had. It was tasteless and we had to take them home to put sauce on them to make them edible. We ordered Classic supreme and chicken classic supreme. Hard to know what we got in the end as the guy who served us couldn’t speak English very well, how classic was that.
