We order from Domino's every week. I always add extra Cheese for my Pepperoni pizza. At first it was great, and you could actually see & taste it, but for the last 5 times, it seems like we paid for extra cheese but got none.nnI have to be honest, I had a feeling we were being screwed over so we ordered 2 Pepperoni pizzas, one with extra cheese and one without. Pic below and if you can tell me which one has extra cheese I will sincerely and genuinely apologize and accept I'm a Karen. But there is clearly no difference between the two.nnI complained and got a general response with a voucher. So I used my voucher and again ordered 2 pizzas one with and one without extra cheese. When I picked them up, same story. The owner then stepped I asked her yo tell me which one has the extra cheese, her response? I didn't add extra cheese! Once I proved I had on my order from the email received from Domino's she became even more aggressive telling me I don’t know what type of cheese it is and it's such a small sprinkle so I shouldn't see it and before I could get even one more word out she ignored me and called the person behind me forward.nnHonestly DO NOT GO HERE. They rip you off, try to gaslight you that you're crazy and clearly do not care about their customers. We've been going since they opened up, every single week. They will never see a dollar from us again.nnA dissatisfied customer,
Great service. I made a large order the night before to have it delivered the following day and it was executed well. The delivery almost went to the wrong address but once I called, it was rectified immediately with no issues. Food arrived hot and well made.
The pizza I had this morning was very nice and well-made and I was happy with the customer services
I order a vegorama pizza every Thursday for my daughter, always consistently made with a good quantity of toppings.nAt 12 dollars supercheap and staff and shop manager always friendly and helpful
The service at this particular Dominoes is top notch. One of the workers Sourabh was very helpful and patient when I ordered food and the pizzas he made were delicious. It was right on closing time and he worked over the closure time to cook me a feed. The Man! Thanks Sourabh!!!
