I don’t usually give bad reviews but dominos feilding has let me down one too many times, from forgetting multiple items from delivery orders to always forgetting to do any changes that I make to my pizzas, for example; tonight went and ordered my usual, cheese garlic pizza with pepperoni. Can’t say I was surprised when I opened the box and was just met with a plain meatless pizza, if the add ons were free I wouldn’t care but as they are so expensive in themselves this is become ridiculous.
Ordered a pizza last night before closing time , two sides and one pizza to be exact , sides were all fine nothing wrong there but then i opened the pizza box and it was absolutetly appalling. It looked as if someone shook up the box and threw it around before delivering it to me. Extremely disappointed , contacted management to get my money back or a free meal and they didn’t do anything. Pizza wasn’t even edible
Edited:nnOk after such a bad experience last week, we tried again for dinner tonight Friday night 20th July. Way more staff on tonight. Ordered online and did the tracker thing so my order was ready when I got there on time. Other than having to remind the staff member about the drink on our order no issues. Still think there needs to be menus up on the screens above the counter though so people can decide while they wait. Much better experience, would probably try again after this experience.nnFirst experience: Ordered 11th July Lunchtime Screen said wait time was 13 minutes, more like 33 minutes. Not enough seating given the wait time, cleanliness leaves something to be desired the glass screen behind the milkshake machine was streaky. The Hawaiian pizza was light on toppings, one slice only had sauce and cheese all toppings right in the centre. Waited a while to be served at the counter. The guy serving was trying to make milkshakes and serve at the same time. The only other staff member who was cooking left to do a delivery, the lady was put doing deliveries already and came back to pick up drinks that had been forgotten off someone's order. Was also another customer who came back in after not getting the drink they paid for either. As for the shakes, It wasn't a thickshake, by the time the guy got over to the blender to turn it off between cooking and serving by himself more like a caramel milk with whipped cream. after this experience I got in touch with the feedback team
Came in the other night for a pizza, Two young lads my age, Cameron and Blake, came to the rescue and helped me all the way through to choosing the perfect pizza, and then making it lickity Split. Very good work young lads.
Food is usually pretty good. But they need to update their app. I ordered online and it told me pickup was 6.05pm get there at this time and the screen said 28mins left till my pizza was ready, I get its busy sometimes and it takes longer but if I knew I'd have to wait an extra 30mins I could have left home later. Really annoying
