Absolutely loved the manager who was super friendly and helpful sorting out puzza order for 300 kids. Well prepared pizzas, great value and awesome staff. What else can you ask for.
Ordered five pizza's at 4.50pm. Collected and brought home to find they were burnt to a crisp. Phoned and complained and were told that they would deliver replacements for free. They took our address for delivery. Waited nearly an hour and then phoned to find out how much longer they would be three hungry primary aged kids. The manager came on the phone and said if we wanted the replacement pizza's we would have to collect but they had been sitting out for nearly an hour. He said that he would not be delivering them. So we could either drive back there and collect the cold pizza OR he would refund. He refused to give us the pizza for free even if we made the effort to drive back there. He was extremely rude, kept speaking over me and would not see it from the customers point of view. Would never go back here. Disgraceful service.
Ok actually enjoyed getting a pizza here, could actually watch your pizza being made from start to finish. And it was a great pizza too.Food: 5/5

Great pizza place with great services, they really care for their customers
Picked up burnt pizza. I found out when I got home. They would not deliver to me 3 km away. Said I had to pick up new ones. Wouldn't give a refund also. Took an hour to get to that stalemate. Hungry kids not happy too. Manager said he can't give new pizza and a refund.
Pizza is no good from this branch South Dunedin! I tried it there a few times and it was sub-par a couple of time. One time it was too small and the other time it had much few ingredients than it should have. I think the Anderson’s bay branch is better.
Very quick. Very tasty. Love the variety of the crusts but thin crust is my very favourite
Great service, always go there for a weekly dinner treat, mmm can't get enough of there pizza's
