Domino's Petone

I ordered two pizzas this evening for dinner. The dough/ base wasn’t cooked. When I called the branch to share the feedback and requested for the manager, one Indian guy picked and said I’m the manager and refused to share his name. I told him about the quality, he wasn’t empathetic at all. I would say such a dissatisfaction with the quality and service lately. I would rather travel extra and order at LH branch and not bother visiting this branch again.

Had not had Domino's pizza for a couple of years and thought I would try it again. What a disappointment. The puzzas are not worth what they are charging and no decent specials like they used to have. The pizzas have reduced in size and the toppings are so miserly it was hard to find the extras we paid for. Not bother with them again.

Ordered online. No email comformation after paying odd cos every single website in nz has this so 'assumed' was a success Turned up and phew saw was 'ready' on the screen in green. Alas I was 100% ignored by the Box guy and owner milling around focused on the oven oblivious to the empty counter not being served!! Customers not incouraged here. Ignored!! Ignored!! 6min later took a Pizzamaker to serve counter and fiiiinally get what was in the backshelf ready in the box. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER! P.S Shrinkflation has hit the pizzas..way less toppings as previous years as noted on my google photo list too.

On the food side, just Dominoe’s which everyone knows by now Once you are in the store it isnmt super friendly, feels a bit dark inside and not welcoming. There is usually just a standard service with not enough people to serve so you need to ring the bell to get someone to the counter. This has been a few instances already, not sure if it depends on the day of the week or so, just my impressions

We went in around 4 pm. There was one person doing all the jobs. We had to wait quite a while to place our order and we were the only ones there. We were told how long our order would take, and they were prompt. The food was hot and delicious. It was exactly what we ordered.Food: 5/5

Is good for kids but speciality pizza is not as advertised. Plus the feature with a live photo as they bake them is fake. We know as we can had dairy free pizza and photo was with dairy /cheese Any case we are not impressed.

Went in yesterday morning, lady looked like she didn’t want to be there, I was trying to be nice but truely having a restaurant really comes down to the customer service as it wasn’t giving. Anyways I asked if she could put some pineapple uncooked on my pizza as the kids wanted to add some when we came to pick up, I have uploaded the picture of the pineapple pieces she put on my pizza, she really didn’t want to do it I could tell by looking at my pizza and by the service. We had to spread it around ourselves as she just chucked it in the middle. It was just a very poor experience from domino’s petone :

Good service, great deals on their five dollars pizza and they have more cheap options. They have some good vegetarian options and GF options. They deliver as well. It’s easy to order online with them.

The management has upgraded quite a lot since I was last here. Very quick and responsive, even in a rushed time; the manager took time to inquire about allergies while placing the order and took extra time to engage for any areas of improvement. Top notch in the Hutt area by far.Food: 5/5

I was do surprised at the amount of choices Domino's have let alone puddings! As a treat I was bought a mini pizza with 2 choices of sides plus a pudding called churrosthink that's how it's spelt and it lasted me 2 days of meals! Loved it Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair friendly!
