Purchased the Logitech G923.nThe team were so easy to work with in making my purchase. The manager and his team ensured me by properly checking product before leaving store. Everything I purchased was in brand new condition, the manager also gave me a mean discount. Will be coming back in future.
Coming from Auckland, honestly can say that Dinsdale, Dollar Dealers could show these bigger city Pawn Shops how to treat your customers right. They value their customers, as more than money than walking through the door, they treat you like a member of the family. Really friendly staff, clean and tidy store, really an enjoyable shopping experience. The entire nationwide chain is a refreshing change really!
I purchased an Apple Watch SE from Dollar Dealers in Dinsdale and unfortunately the experience has been very poor.nnAfter purchasing, I discovered the watch is locked to another person’s iCloud account. Yes the add did mention selling as parts, but nowhere did it mention it is locked completely, This makes the device completely unusable, as it cannot be set up or paired unless the previous owner removes it. This raises serious concerns about whether the watch was properly checked before resale, or is it a stolen watch.nnI have attempted to contact Dollar Dealers multiple times via email to resolve the issue, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the nature of the problem.nnI am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when purchasing electronics here and to ensure devices are fully unlocked and supported before leaving the store.nnas of posting this all my emails have still yet to be responded to.
I recently visited this store just to have a browse. Within the first step inside I was greeted by a wonderful young lady. Believe her name was Mercedes, some of the best customer service I have experienced. Would 100% recommend taking a look.
