Last time I stopped in the manager and here was amazing & really helpful.nnThe manager purchased 2x boxes of my dvds for 50c each. The manager updated me & told me if I stop in every 1-2 months he would purchase more.nnI stopped in today & was told 10c each, this shocked me & I expressed the above then the staff went out the back & came back after speaking with the manager & said 10c.nnSo I decided to not trade & then called the other store & headed there - hence my other review.nnThanks
Terrible customer service. 4 works and no one serving customers. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to buy items but didn't get served.

Have been having very dodgy dealings with these guys via Trade me. Seen many bad reviews of people buying items on Trade me and turning up to find out they already sold the item in store. I myself made a bid on an item and just before the auction closed and I was about to win they pulled the item and listed it as ‘stolen’ I know it wasn’t stolen, because I turned up the next day and saw the item in store for more than what I was going to pay for it on trade me… if your gonna be a dodgy trader maybe hide your evidence better. Looks like when the auction doesn’t gain you enough money or someone offers you more even after agreeing to a sale you make up some cr*p excuse and sell it off or put a whole new price tag on it.nnAdded to all this - When visiting the store those manning the counter were having a full blown swearing match talking about there weekend and making bets while other customers were around..nnI will also be submitting a complaint to the Commerce Commission for illegally misleading and deceiving the public on Trade Me and in person as well as forging fake reviews on Google Maps to improve your ratings.
