I have always received great care and advice for myself my children one who suffers from asthma and my husband. The ladies on the front desk are always warm and welcoming and Dr Umo is loved by my kids. I wouldn’t dream of changing drs.
My best friend was cared for with such thoughtfulness as he went through terminal cancer. All the staff were incredibly sensitive and kind and when I became unwell myself , when looking after my friend, they took care of me, too. In my mind, this practice represents everything GREAT about small town medicine. Thank you all.

Rudest receptionist called Wendy.I have previously come in as a casual patient and she over charged me then I called a few weeks later for a post natal check up and she said they dont take casuals.She was very unhelpful.
