DNA Hairdressing is a cutting edge salon in Ashburton, Mid Canterbury, that offers big city cuts to discerning small town residents. Founded in 2006 by Ali Officer following her move from Christchurch, the Schwarzkopf salon now employs five stylists.

Went for cut and color consultation. Anna took the time to ask how I wanted to color my grey roots and understand the color tone I like. Came away with beautiful color and great cut. highly recommend.
Very upsetting experience. I have made appointment for hair cut 2 weeks in advance, when I came owner told that I need to wait 40 minutes or to rebook for next time without any guarantee that I will need to wait again. I don't mind to wait but not 40 min !! . I just left as I have small kid and limited time. The most upsetting part that she did not care at all. She should have warned me in advance. P.s the curly girl is very nice and did very good hair cut to my son I would give only her 5 star. That's why I wanted to try for hair cut as well. Unfortunately I did not feel welcome by the owner.
