Engineer Ross has outstanding knowledge of the foundation issues of our home, and has provided answers to my many questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this firm!

I am the owner of a local contracting firm Koalaty Siding Repair and I can't give enough stars to this firm! We had a nightmare situation where we to send, by the time it was done, 6 stamped letters and 4 different drawings to a building department on a complicated mountain deck. This was all in order to prove it meant all build requirements even though the design was already approved in the permitting process and they were phenomenal with it all Matt @ DL was crazy responsive, even though he was obviously busy, and got us everything we needed in order to appease the county time and time again even when they kept coming up with more things. At the end of the day customer service is everything and this team absolutely killed it! Way to go DL you've got a client for life with Koalaty, and we'll tell anyone who needs an engineer to go to you every time!

I worked with Ryan Arp and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond. In a time when there are many subpar professionals in the construction business he was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly do business with these guys again.

Daniel LeMier, PC is a very personable professional who provided me with excellent service. As a medical professional, I very much appreciate his ability to translate the physics involved with structural engineering into easily understandable terms. His reports are thorough and comprehensive, something I aspire to in the medicolegal arena. If you are considering hiring him, I want to encourage you to do so with my highest recommendation. Just be certain not to invite him near your lunch or dinner hour unless you have prepared enough food as you will most certainly want to invite him to stay for his engaging conversation.
