Our family had some excellent curries as well as an excellent pizza here! So glad we found this place - this will definitely be our new go-to restaurant when traveling through Whangarei!  Parking: there's a few spots up around the corner behind the restaurant.

We were there in the first week of January 2024 as we were returning from Kaitaia and it was hot afternoon and we were famished. We found this restaurant and it was closing at the moment and we asked if we can get any food as our kid was hungry. The owner and his wife were so kind and generous that he immediately took us in and made us feel comfortable. They said it’s okay if we are closings it’s our responsibility to get you food. They prepared us 3 thalis and I have to say it was so delicious. We haven’t had such good food for a long time. The restaurant is so clean, the service is top notch and the food is indeed divine. Highly recommended.

Lovely service and handy location. Food was a let down. Tikka masala tasted like a rogan josh. My chana masala tasted like no chana masala I'd had before. It was OK but no knock outs. Kingfisher not that cold. Service lovely, such nice people.Food: 2/5

It was good. We went in to dine and the whole place was empty besides the staff. It was kinda sad and I felt a little bad, but they still had there take aways going constantly. We got our food really quick which was nice.Food: 5/5

On the way to our accommodation, we stopped there to have dinner. The service and food was excellent. Loved the Palak paneer, while my kids enjoyed the Peas-Mushroom. I recommend it.Food: 5/5

Well dinner was absolutely amazing. Butter chicken is sweet and cooked perfectly. Garlic naan, roti and vegetable samosas were fantastic! Service was impeccable, greeted at the door. Within 10minutes we had our starter and not long followed by the main course! We will be back again for sure! ThankyouFood: 5/5

Hey recently purchased the chicken jalfrezi and chicken Tikka masala from Divine. And they were both Divine! I can see where the cames from. The garlic naan wasnt doughey and had really good flavor. The meals where reasonably priced, and we will be back for the lunch special. Really top notch service, can't recommend enough! We did a phone order on a Thursday night, and didn't have to wait ages for the meal - 20 minutes then the food was waiting for us when we got there.
