Diversion Maze Park

The Maze itself was so fun and then visiting and petting all the animals and playing some of the lawn games was a wonderful way to spend the day for my little animal lover and I!!! Vanessa and her family have created such a fun environment for kids, and "kids at heart" alike. I imagine every visit to Rotorua will include a stop here from now on!!

The owners are both lovely. Very down to earth and make you feel very welcome. Love the picnic area and being able to interact with the animals. Loved the games available to play. The maze itself was great. My boys enjoyed trying to get to each corner. Its a lovely place to visit and with the constant improvements the owners are doing, the experience can only get better. Sorry didn't take pics of the actual maze.

Very cosy environment. Good family fun and excellent exercise. There are many tamed friendly farm animals too.

Open from Thursday to Sunday in winter. $15 adult entry and $10 for kids gets into Maze which kids and adults can spend time and have fun getting lost and enjoy outdoors games while you can pack picnic. They have a goat, sleep couple of pigs few hens and ducks to pat. Good value for money. I enjoyed my time there.

A fun place to take the kids. Site seems maintained very well, owner/staff were very friendly. My kids had a blast, the animals were a particular highlight for them.

This place is awesome! We went there for my grand children's joint birthday party in December. Great place to have a Birthday party. They had animals you could pet, and the maze was lots of fun, kept all the children entertained. The Hosts were lovely too. They do have a cafe on site and we were allowed to bring in our own food. There was also a BBQ provided too. The picnic area was great too. Reasonably priced which is a surprise for Rotorua and a great family day out. Well done to the Team at Diversion Maze Park!

So much fun. All of us were in our mid 20s and had a blast. We raced the maze and hung around and played some games and had coffee. Coffee was great and the selection of board games was huge! Very nice family owned business and I would really recommend checking it.

Awesome place for young kids, plenty to do and see. Farm has a great range of animals and the lawn games are a fun way to pass an afternoon. Maze was a fun challenge. Lovely owners, very welcoming and hospitable - highly recommend

Was awesome! Kids loved it.

Great way to waste an hour or two. Not very good quality and the toilets stunk and one was out of operation. Don't expect too much!
