I did both my Open Water Diver and my Advanced Open Water Diver at Dive Zone Whitianga this month and it was just great! They are both very professional and a lot of fun! The groups are really small and the instructors were very good, thanks to Tony, Max and Celvin!
Diving was fun and the organization of the trip that we had prearranged weeks in advance was flawless. My son had done his “rescue diver” certification there too just a few weeks prior. December was apparently not very busy, so the two of us ended up having a private trip. Service was great and so was the gear we hired. I always felt very safe with them.nOn the way out to the island a school of dolphins joined the boat - very cool!nCompared to the Red Sea where we usually dive the general underwater prettiness and visibility was lower while the price was double, we did see a lot of fish though and had a great day out there!
Incredible and knowledgeable crowd, top notch rental gear, mean boat , had a fantastic trip out , thank you to the whole team! Look forward to being back
Really lovely crew. Special mention to jolly skipper who is very knowledgeable and made our experience very memorable. Thanks for two superb days of diving the Mercury Islands + Aldermen Islands.
What a awesome couple of hours today with Alysha and Max aboard the 'Mystery Machine'. Lot's of laughs and a good dose of local history which was very interesting. Thank you dive zone Whitianga, I would happily take another trip and highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking a tour.
