Went in to fill my bottle and purchase a new 13ltr bottle ,, Manager was so helpful on the phone and put me a bottle aside. Staff were really friendly and eager to help , thank you.
Thoroughly enjoyed a Discover Scuba Diving taster session here on Saturday. Very informative and interesting covering all the basics before venturing into the pool to put it all into practice. Instructors, Tony, Alex and Alex were easy to understand, knew what they were talking about and made it all very easy and therefore enjoyable, leaving at the end of the day with a want to return to do the next stage. Wetsuit hire was a reasonable £5 although I had my own and all other equipment was included and you even got a brew.
The service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in to get my air bottle filled. Nice big car park with a few units nearby. The shop was not busy, but this was about 3 in the afternoon. Does get busy he told me. Sells loads of diving stuff, but I'm not a diver so you would be better ringing them.
Staff seemed polite and helpful when booking onto the course over the phone. They took a £150 deposit payment and a few contact details initially and informed me I'd receive further information shortly. Following this I received no information or materials from them for over a fortnight. In this time I had a change of circumstances meaning I was no longer living in Manchester and unable to attend the dates. After attempting to contact them to discuss this matter they did not respond for a week before sending through my enrollment form and agreement less than 12 hours before the course was due to start, seemingly oblivious to any of my correspondence. Nowhere on the website does it state the deposit is non refundable and due to the agreement document being sent through so late I hadn't had any opportunity to read or sign it. They have since refused to return my deposit in spite of their complete lack of communication and understanding have now stopped responding to my emails. A really disappointing attitude from what at surface appears to be a well reputed independent company.

Me and my partner went as part of a gift we received basically learning the basics of scuba diving and it was a really enjoyable experience for the both of us the staff was friendly and even taught us some extra skills we are now looking forward to learning more and hopefully getting in the water again in the near future if anyone's thinking of giving it a go I would recommend
Overall very good experience this afternoon. Good: Marco our instructors is patient and made sure everyone is okay and has the understanding. The lady instructor was very good and she kindly explained to me the course of open water. Bad: There is one guy with white hair with a pony tail, he made me feel every sentence he said to us can bring a punch to us, haha. Totally not necessarily. Hi Owner, extra training on comminution will allow your stuff fit for the role better:

Got what I needed and really helpful staff. Very helpful again, even got a brew while I waited for my tank to be filled.
