I think so far is the dive shop with the best service I've ever been. You feel very well treated and they shop looks amazing. Out guide was super nice and all the staff in the boat and in the shop. We enjoyed so much our dives at the Poor Knights
We had an amazing day. The staff were fantastic, they really looked after everyone. The snorkeling was outstanding, like swimming in an aquarium. All the equipment was top notch, and the catering was 10 out of 10. Thanks to the crew of Diversity for making it happen!
Best snorkelling in NZ! The crew, service and overall experience was excellent. The boat is well stocked with all things needed to have a great time regardless of your level of expertise.
AMAZING. The ride over to Poor Knights was a bit rough but so fun, and the captain was great! Staff on board so helpful and kind. We did some snorkelling and saw plenty of fish and even a sea turtle! Went inside a giant sea cave, saw the beautiful surrounding landscape … would highly recommend this trip!
Went on the Diversity to Poor Knight Island for the day. The trip was great. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The experience is unforgetable.

Professional approach, Great facilities, Awesome accommodations and Superb Crew. The Staff in the shop and on board, from Dive masters to boat skippers are full of knowledge and happy to assist or make you a cup of hot soup anytime. Can't recommend more!

An absolutely amazing experience from the moment you step foot on the boat. The crew are very warm and welcoming, you could listen to the captains wisdom all day and it's very clean on board with plenty of seating. They have great equipment for snorkeling and the staff are very helpful making sure everything is just right for you. Once you get to the Poor Knights, it's like you're in a dream. Been snorkeling a few places around the world and nothing compares. It's a very unique experience. This was an experience I will never forget. I will definately be back again. Thank you to the team for making it such a wonderful experience for us.
I expected more out of this opportunity to see more sea life snorkeling. Unfortunately, all but 3 or 4 of the workers were helpful. The rest of the staff were more focused on themselves. It was so bad that one of the staff divers who was supposed to be supervising the Scuba divers swung her tank around wildly and hit me in the head when she was trying to peel off her dry suit. There were a lot of hi 5's between staffers who were patting each other on the back for adding another dive to their record card. It was more important than the people who paid a good chunk of change to be part of this trip. What could have been a lot of fun was disappointing. The second dive location was literaalacross the cove from the first dive. Not much different stuff to see. I would recommend looking around for other dive companies in this area.
