What an experience .. Got myself a skittle bomb cocktail was nice, Went back to get another one after I had finished. Left my glass in the smokers area. The lady told me they couldn't make another one unless I returned the glass. I couldn't beleive it then expected me to go and get the glass so she could make it. Do you not have bar staff for that ? Your running a business and customers certainly arn't your servants. Wanted to play pool. Had to put down a $20 deposit to play the pool table, thought that was odd in itself. Paid $20 CASH. The immaculate table didnt even have chalk. When I went to collect the money she gave it back to me in diva dollars and told me when I leave come back and get it in cash. Would expect to get cash back paid in cash not diva dollars. Before the end of the night went to get my CASH back. Had to wait a good few minutes whilst 2 of your workers tried to figure out how to make a cocktail. Clearly seeing me stand there waiting. Service here is an absolute mess, smells like a gas leak out the back from running the heater. Not even going to get started on the entertainment. $20 door charge for men. Got a D written on my hand in white board marker. Place can't even afford a door stamp,pool que chalk and enough glasses. What a joke
