The whole experience was substandard. My finger nails were trimmed and one coat of normal polish applied for $25. I could have done it better myself. Not a friendly pleasant experience at all.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I can’t speak enough about Diva nails and especially Sonias work. However today I had a disheartening time when I went in for my booked appointment with a specific manicurist. Upon entering I was told that she had called in sick not an issue at all everyone is allowed sick leave but what annoyed me was that I was not notified of this. You would expect that when you have booked a specific person they would notify you if they were not in that day especially because I had been booked in for over 4 days. I feel like this would be appreciated and common sense. Along with the above when booking in advance for a specific time most often than not because of walk ins you are often waiting for another 10-15 minutes after your book time because no one is available. I have seen someone in store trying to get nails done walk in and one of the girls pointed out to who is presumably the owner that they had an appointment but heard “oh well they can wait, I’ll squeeze them in”. I get that it’s a business but making booked customers wait is kind of poor especially because most people book due to time restraints. This last point also seems like a push on the staff, they are already quite busy and pushing more clients on them seems quite irrational. I really do like diva and going there is normally a blast but today was just not that great.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I was recommended this place from a friend, & glad I took her advice! Cannot fault the staff here, they were friendly & happy to help with colour choices etc. Came in for my daughter to get an eyebrow wax & arcrylics for her school formal & they happily squeezed in a pedicure for her and a manicure & fingernail paint for me - all at a very reasonable price! This will definitely be my go to place for nails & waxing from now on! Definitely recommend!!

Great value, good chat and great result with my nails x

Got my nails done 10 days or so. They looked great and the colour was lovely. But within those ten days, one nail has chipped at the base, one has fully loosened off of the nail, and one has come off completely. Quite disappointed really.
