We have been using Louise and her team for more than four years now, for our little wire haired fox terrier, Darcey. They are fantastic and we've vowed never to go anywhere else! Darcey is a nervous dog but they instantly put her at ease and she happily trots into the salon. Darcey is always trimmed to perfection and comes out looking like a new pup! She loves the pamper and fuss she gets there. The pricing is also fabulously competitive for the first-class service Darcey and I receive. We couldn't ask for more. We're looking forward to her next trim, which is already booked in!
Louise is brilliant. She is very kind and patient with my Yorkie, Jasper, who had a bad experience with another groomer. After a couple of visits Jasper now trusts Louise to give him a full groom. I am so pleased with the cut too. I would definitely recommend Louise, especially if you have a nervous dog.
Louise is brilliant with my labradoodle. She grooms her regularly. Louise treats her with such love and care. I know she will always look great. Poppy loves going for walks in the woods with Louise. I wouldn't trust anyone else and I would highly recommend her.

The woman who runs it is very unprofessional and rude. If you care about your pet you definitely don't want to be taking them here. Literally any other place would be better. Response: I highly doubt my wife was rude to you or your staff. I saw for myself that the Google maps link on your website takes you to a completely different address and that is why she missed the previous appointment. She was just trying to bring it to your attention so you can fix it. Instead you called her a liar and refused to treat Sammie. We also have paid for a set of treatments which you are not refunding. It is true in previous years we have been happy with the work you have done with Sammie but recently the way you have treated us a loyal customers has been disgusting. The way you have behaved considering we have been with you for 3 years and even travel all the way to Mayfield to see if you is just not right. You can try and put a positive spin on this all you like but really this is highly disappointing. We have found someone else to treat Sammie now so thankfully we won't have to deal with you again. You also say "all the best for the future" but my wife did say don't punish Sammie for this and you said you didn't care. That just says a lot and I wouldn't want to Sammie to be seen by someone who doesn't care for his welfare.
Louise has done a lovely job on my Cockapoo and on my daughters little Chihuahua mix. They both look fantastic
