Story

BLK isn’t just a name, it’s an attitude driven by a deliberate and defining insight - that nothing new ever comes from the known; that real innovation, real design and real improvements in performance come only from operating outside the boundaries of everything that’s gone before.

This absolute refusal to merely repeat or refine the past but to relentlessly push beyond all limits known, is a philosophy instilled in BLK from its early beginnings as KooGa Australia. Today that philosophy is reflected in the ground-breaking training gear and performance apparel worn by over 4,000 teams around the world, including representative sides such as the Kiwis Rugby League, Fiji Rugby Union, Canterbury Rugby Football Union, Tasman Rugby Football Union, Wellington Football Union and Tongan Rugby League.

In Australia BLK is synonymous with champion teams across all codes of contact football including Rugby Union’s Queensland Reds, Western Force and Melbourne Rebels; NRL’s Melbourne Storm, Gold Coast Titans; AFL’s Brisbane Lions, Richmond Tigers and the Western Bulldogs.
