Probably the hardest steak to chew I’ve had for yearsnThree steaks ordered and we all had to remove the cuts from our mouths as not able to chew and the fork couldn’t even get through them. The “gravy “ was from a packet and disgusting. The salad ok but no dressing.
What a shame to see a local looking this sad. Cold, no atmosphere and no one cares. We’ve been here a few times and it’s freezing! There is no warmth and it feels like a ghost pub. The young lady who works there obviously doesn’t want to be there. Unpleasant and not friendly at all. When I mentioned to her it’s cold and is there some heat she said it’s because the door keeps opening. How can this be when no one is going in or out! The ghost patrons must be busy opening and closings The young chap that is there makes up for her unenthusiastic attitude. It would have been a one star if not for him.nFood is ok, but not really worth a visit. There are better, more fun places.nI remember this place in its glory days and it really makes me sad to see it like this. Can someone please start caring and not let this local go to waste.
Very friendly and warm staff and it has great food with reasonable prices. It’s a pub cum restaurant and there is a nice pool table and ample parking. Will recommend to all who are in the area.
Great place for couples and families. Relaxing atmosphere and reasonably priced meals for all ages. Great staff always accommodating. Had a share of the Dicey meat platter with the hubby which was mouth watering lols. For you rum lovers out there, gotta try the Bahama mama hehe. Thanks
Great typical irish pub. Good number of screens to watch the footy. Food was as you would expect from a bar but service was good. This pub could do with some live band nights to get the place known. Beer was a bit pricey.
