This is my $55 SNS manicure, felt pretty gutted that my nails came out worse than when I went in. I’m also a bit worried because there was a child there who was sick and I had to ask twice if it was possible that she could stand away as she was coughing a lot and I didn’t want to bring anything home to my Mum. I completely understand it’s hard for working Mums so didn’t want to make a fuss but I’m also nervous during these times. Really wish I could have had a better experience. Update: 3 days after my visit I got a terrible cold. I’m now having to stay away from my family not to make them sick. Really wish I hadn’t gone there.
I’m reviewing 2 separate experiences. The first one was an appointment I made with my grand-daughter. We were taken nearly an hour late and the treatment was rough. The next one was an appointment for a half leg wax. This time I waited 10 minutes, then they took me and said to take off my shoes and lie down. I waited another 10 mins and still no one came so put me shoes back on and went to leave. As I walked out she was doing someone else’s nails. She said she was sorry and to go back in which I did. She was rough and rude and I won’t be going back there.Services: Waxing

Went in with a friend on a Saturday with no appointment half an hour before they closed Happy to fit us both in
Wont be back not a good outcome, started with the customer service needs to improve there was none, the place was unclean dust and previous customers nail clippings on my bench beside me and the woman was grumpy and rude at times Overall not a good experience nail chipped after one week and slightly darker colour on other set of nails So for that reason only getting one star!Service: Manicure
Work excellent. Most of team cheerful and professional. One member worked partially on me very grumpy attitude unprofessional. But just that 1 member spoilt my experience.
2 weeks after having my nails done, 2 of them have come off and I didn't even notice. Usually a nail coming off is a very painful experience which makes me think that they weren't glued on properly.
I have a mixed review ... I got SNS for the first time and loved them and the atmosphere and ladies working there! My 9 year old daughter however had been growing her nails and got gels for the first time. Unfortunately we were separated and I was unable to support her ... the First Lady cut her nails, without asking her about the length or shape ... she then was swapped to a guy who also started with cutting her nails further she was devastated they were cut extremely short and just straight across the top no filling or buffing was done at any point to her nails ... gels were applied with no manicure at all or nail bed care etc ... we paid $38 ... I did call back and let the manager know how disappointed we were and she was fantastic and offered to rectify or give my daughter a pedicure, however my daughter was not willing to return ... less than three days later and four of them have peeled off and two others lifted ... My friend went after us and got SNS and unfortunately hers were an extremely rough job in comparison to mine ... so a bit of a mixed bag really.Service: Manicure
