This ferry service run by Christchurch metro links Lyttelton to Diamond Harbour. Almost a 8 minute ferry ride and super cheap for the service they provide. Not to forget the amazing landscape you get to enjoy.
It is very joyful to take the ferry for free to Diamond Harbour and walk along the Cliff Coastal Track. There are lots of sailboats berthing at the dwarf. We also saw some boys training swimming in the sea. At the dwarf there are some locals diving and playing in the sea, with their cute dogs. It is a must go in such nice day.
Awesome ride, affordable price and great way to cruise to Diamond Harbor and back to Lyttelton.
Beautiful place and a bit of history attached. We used blac cat ferry from Littleton. We could c the dolphins too. we were lucky that day.there are some small restaurant available. You can go around for nice view.
Great pickup and delivery to Little River return. THANKS so much for a safe trip with my family
