Absolutely the worst freight company to deal with. I was the receiver of a package. Had a DHL tracking number. The customer service said it was my job to get hold of the shipper to find out what 'department' it had been shipped with as they couldn't tell me where to pick it up.
M transport manager don’t know how to talk to there staff, She always starts there conversation from I AM THE BOSS OF THIS SITE. Always trying to bully the staff, she thinks staff is slave and talks very loud on them. She must learn how talk to staff before leading a big team.
This place lacks communication with staff, taking advantage of temp staff and not paying them correctly. When being dealt with and trying to get the pay for the hours worked, DHL is now saying they never worked. How ridiculous. Changing roles without notifying agency or the staff themselves and demanding to do stuff they didn’t sign up for. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend working here at all.
I worked my first week there under their own agency and didn’t get payed right until I found out the starting rate was false and the hours false pathetic communication and team work
Very helpful staff but needed to wait a few minutes
