Best in the business. Even in challenging times 2021-2022 their ocean freight experts are second to none. I now understand how they are #1 globally.
These guys have no idea what they are doing. We have used them for years and they make the odd stuff up but they have been OK. But the last two shipments have been terrible. This time AFTER they picked up our goods they said they wanted to charge an extra US$430 because it is an "unknown shipper" they have been picking up from this supplier for 10 years. I told them to return the goods to my supplier but they keep wanting to charge us more and more for it. Never again.
Pallet came with boxes missing and ripped open, a long painful wait for the so called claim process with the usual "We Will update you" then You get some dude from dhl hk looking after* your inquiry, As far as shipping job goes if customer paid for x amount of box to be delivered then any missing discrepancies should be compensated. DHL seems to tolerate theft and complacency of staff so I recommend readers to look for alternative shippers instead.
The only international courier I trust, Very very rarely are items delayed. Overnight is from Sydney. These guys know what delivery target means and often delivery earlier. Thank you.
Worst freight forwarding experience of my life. Please save yourself the trouble and go with a local provider. Especially if you're a small business, these guys dont care.
