They pulled together a beautiful bouquet of flowers on very short notice while I waited there in store, was amazed at how long the flowers lasted for once they got home. Very friendly service! I was trying to place an order for a delivery in New Zealand from here in Colorado, USA. I had my delivery addresses completely wrong- turned out I needed flowers clear on the far other side of the island. But the correspondence was quick and kind, and based on that alone I’d be happy to use this business if I ever get my geography sorted.

Such a great quality service! This is my 2nd time using Devonport Flowers to help celebrate a special day with my partner. Both times they have done a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier in recommending them to all.
Disappointed I wasn’t able to have any help carrying out my purchase with my hands full with a new baby. You aren’t able to receive a bag if you spend $28 as the bags are too expensive.

Devonport Flowers made my anniversary with my boyfriend the greatest with the most ethereal orchids. I called up and Gretchen was incredibly insightful and knowledgeable in providing info on the two sizes of the plants to helping me find the best fit for my gift. Morag was lovely in her hospitality and providing a swift reply to my inquiries. Online ordering was so smooth-sailing and pleasant too, perfect as I am overseas! Absolutely wonderful florists, great service. Morag did my wedding bouquet at such short notice and it was just perfect. I also received some flowers for my birthday just recently and they were spectacular - I highly recommend!
It seems these days people are a bit lax with customer service, however I have found a company that excels in making sure everything was perfect!! The team at Devonport Flowers were absolutely fantastic. I live in Wellington and my mum lives in Auckland - it was her birthday and I needed to send her flowers. I ordered through the website and the process was simple. I got a message back telling me they had received the order and it was processing and then one to tell me they were sent. Mum was so taken aback by how beautiful they were she sent me a photo. They were absolutely stunning. Thanks so much ... you guys rock!!
