Finding split ends in less than 48hrs after having a few inches off and I’m told it’s my hair routine and they “offered” a woman’s cut at the regular price… I realise there isn’t any length left to cut anything off and nothing can be done, but I felt I needed to let them know as I was more concerned the equipment would need sharpening… the tide turned when I was basically blamed for the split ends after a fresh cut that I loved, I’m not feeling happy or great about it, in fact I’m quite disappointed. I rarely have my hair done, Im low maintenance, I rarely straighten my hair, mostly in a ponytail, and I use a heatntreatment oil anyway for softness shine and frizz control. I last used kerastase and currently using ellip.. at this point I was offered samples.. otherwise would have been five stars. Hairdresser was lovely and styled my hair well with clean tidy area and a nice atmosphere
What a fantastic experience I had at deVine's today. Luci listened carefully to what I wanted done with my hair and checked with me at each stage of the process. I am delighted with my new style and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
