Story

A small but perfectly formed collective of commercially wise and creative souls.

We’re not a factory and there’s not a lot of hierarchy in our business, instead there’s lots of sharing, dedication, conviction and mutual professional respect. There’s a shared belief that going to work should be fun, and if we’re enjoying what we do, we can do it longer, and better. The people that work here are exceptional, and in a small seaside village like Mount Maunganui they certainly weren’t easy to find. We’ve done it though, we’ve built a creative team that’s smaller, more flexible, and a bit friendlier than what you’re probably used too, and we called it Devcich&Co.
