The team are so helpful and patient with you when you want to try on a lot of things and have no clue. Donna is always so friendly and has great taste. The range in store is awesome and they have everything organized into colours which is helpful. Make sure you allow plenty of time to book as they're very popular. They have a decent range of sizes and some amazing brands. Great parking and nice dressing rooms with shoes to try on to see what your outfit will look like.

I rented two dresses from Designer Wardrobe over the weekend and both exceeded expectations. The dresses fit perfectly and there were no stains or rips : Both of us enjoyed renting from Designer Wardrobe very much and will be doing so again soon!

What a fun, easy and enjoyable experience had with Designer Wardrobe. The style and fit of the dress was described perfectly, which was ideal as I struggle to find dresses that suit my body type. The delivery and return process was amazing. I highly recommend paying the extra for a return bag, it made the whole process super simple. I would much prefer to rent a dress rather than buy one and only wear it once or twice. This is a great business for the environment as this clothing gets plenty of wear. Big thumbs up guys!

This was my first time renting an outfit for my event that I had over the weekend and everyone in store was so helpful in explaining how they work and picked out suggestions for the vibe I was after for my event. 100% would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to rent an outfit x

My experience with this place was above expectation! The staff are very warm and friendly, and greet you with a smile as you browse around for an outfit. The process of renting a dress was simple and straightforward which was a bonus, as the dry cleaning process is handled; leaving no stress for the customers. The dresses in the store are all amazing, and you are bound to find an outfit that will perfectly suit any occasion. I got complimented a lot with the dress I had rented, and without a doubt will continue to go back to rent more dresses for upcoming occasions in the future. An added bonus about renting from this place, is that you will always have a new outfit ready to go at anytime!

I ordered a dress and it arrived a day early. It was in great condition and looked amazing. Super easy to return, just drop back to the post office. I'm definitely going to use Designer Wardrobe again - they have such an amazing selection!

My daughter needed a dress for her school ball and told me about Designer Wardrobe. The shop in Wellington is lovely and there were so many stunning, high quality, designer dresses to choose from. The shop assistants were lovely and friendly and let my daughter try on about 20 dresses until she found the right one. The hire, payment and pickup process was very easy and the service was great. Would definitely use them again.

I really loved this concept and place. I had a wedding that I had no clue what to wear and The Designer Wardrobe came to the rescue! Even after the dress was shipped back late I am so sorry! everyone was so kind and helpful. I do find it hard to pick dresses that fit my body shape and style and I am really not a shopper so the idea is amazing....a little bit more help from the team in the shop would have been great. They know the dresses really well but where a bit stuck to help when I said what I wanted to cover up and what I wanted to show off :-
