The day I decided to find a Real Estate Company to sell my property there was a knock at the door and I was lucky enough to meet Ryder Parker from Eves The Lakes. He impressed me so much, he was given the property listing. He combined with Taylor Harte to market the property, hold Open Homes and finally Auction the home. These great guys worked tirelessly on my behalf and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the whole process stress free, were very professional and are all round good, honest young men. Can't thank them enough as they restored my faith in Real Estate Agents after selling homes in the past with questionable Real Estate Agents. I wish you both my absolute best in the future. Fabulous Result! Nicholas is the most brilliant communicator - he kept us up to date constantly throughout the process of selling our home which was particularly challenging with Covid 19 Lockdown. Nicholas is articulate, professional, and his work ethic is incredible. His energy and positivity is contagious. Genna who assisted with the admin side of things and kept things on track was awesome. Again, the communication was key and we knew exactly what was happening, and why. We will certainly not hesitate to ask Nicholas and his team to help us again in the future, and highly recommend.
Terrible service dont go here. Especially Delwyn Dyson she says one thing then says another behind your back very unprofessional. She needs to retire and get out of real estate I really do not understand EVES Reall Estate having her associated with them. Poor selection EVES get someone younger honest and reliable. Pension her off. Be professional !

Unhelpful and uncooperative. If you have a choice there are far better Agencies to deal with.
