Thank you for a fantastic shopping experience especially given how much I dislike shopping at the best of times. Product knowledge and the time taken to ensure we were truely happy with the styles while no pressure to buy those we weren’t quite sure of. Refreshing to have a truely exceptional customer experience. Will shop here again when in Christchurch :

Don’t waste your money coming here. I could give them zero stars if I could. Jeans broke within 2 hours of wearing. Would not give a refund. Terrible.

First ever visit to the shop today, was looking for a new pair of Jeans,which I've always hated shopping for at the best of times, brief chat with shop assistant on what I like / dislike and she started bringing me some different pairs to try on, after trying several pairs, found a great pair. Great advice and service so will certainly be back.

after my 1st time ever going into this store, never will I again automatically thought I was looking for menswear yes sure I looked like a male on the outside when I went into the store, as I'm non-binary person I now expect better of retail staff when it is a mixed clothing store, that I'm wanting to look at 1 area over another

I purchased a pair of size 38 'New Jeans' jeans today. I was initially skeptical that they would fit, but they are incredible! They are very comfortable, well fitted and affordable. I received wonderful service from Rosalie, and I had a magical shopping experience at Death by Denim. I highly recommend this store.

Really pleased with the service I received from this shop last week. I was struggling to find brands I recognised since moving to NZ and the ladies in there were very knowledgable and found multiple pairs of jeans matching the style I wanted. Will definitely go back.

Fablous experience jacket & jeans shopping. 3rd pair of jeans on fitted perfectly and great not having to work out the hassle of what would fit me as all done by Lady. Would recommend to anyone jean shopping as a fabulous experience and it was so easy.
