Dean is a qualified acupuncturist and yoga instructor and is passionate about natural health and healing. He has been practicing yoga since he was a teenager and has over 17 years of yoga experience and is an instructor in yin, hatha and yantra yoga. Dean has traveled and studied with renowned masters in the Tibetan, Chinese, Indian and Native American healing and spiritual traditions. Through this training, it has given him a unique understanding of how to balance, harmonize and coordinate the body, energy and mind of the individual which leads to greater health, vitality and mental well being.
Dean is a registered acupuncturist with the NZASA (New Zealand Acupuncture Standards Authority) and a registered ACC provider. He adheres to strict professional of conduct and practice.
